On January 17, 2020 the 51ĀŅĀ× Board of Trustees approved a resolution authorizing the University to establish and implement an ERIP for AFSCME Residential Custodial and Custodial Staff.
On January 22, 2020, 51ĀŅĀ× received notice that Ohio Council 8, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, filed with the State Employment Relations Board a Request for Recognition on behalf of all full-time and regular part-time classified employees at 51ĀŅĀ×.
