51ĀŅĀ× Announces International Education Week 2025: Global Workforce Readiness
51ĀŅĀ× will celebrate International Education Week (IEW) from November 13ā21, 2025, with a campus-wide focus on this yearās theme: Global Workforce Readiness.
This theme underscores the universityās commitment to preparing students for success in an increasingly interconnected world. Global workforce readiness means equipping OHIO students with the cross-cultural understanding, language proficiency, and global awareness necessary to thrive in diverse professional settingsāwhether in Ohio, across the United States, or around the world. During IEW, academic colleges, departments, and student organizations are encouraged to coordinate events and activities that highlight their international engagement and connect to the theme of global workforce readiness. The week features research presentations, internship opportunities, cultural events, and alumni discussions ā highlighting the many ways global education at OHIO prepares students for personal and professional success.
