 Discounts on pet insurance available through the AllOne Health (formerly Impact Solutions) discount marketplace website.

This week, University Human Resources will be mailing IRS Form 1095-C to employees who were eligible for health insurance benefits last year.

All 51ĀŅĀ× employees are invited to participate in an upcoming training session focused on identifying and responding to mental health in the workplace.

The Center for OHIO Employee Excellence is excited to announce three upcoming workshops. The Center has several workshops planned in collaboration with various campus partners, starting with the first of these partnerships featuring Mac Stricklen, the University Ombudsperson.

The Social Security Fairness Act, HR 82, concerning the Windfall Elimination Provision and Government Pension Offset, was signed into law on January 5, 2025. 

Anthem has informed the University that they are continuing conversations with the OSU Health System, but the timeline for a potential agreement is unsure at this time. 

Human Resources is currently soliciting donations for the AFSCME 3200 Bargaining Unit Sick Leave Pool portion of the Sick Leave Donation program. 

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield – which administers Ohio’s health insurance plans – and the OSU Health System are continuing their efforts to reach a new multi-year contract. 

On Nov. 15, 2024, a federal judge in the Eastern District of Texas invalidated the Biden administration’s Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime final rule. This decision eliminates the scheduled salary threshold increase previously set to take effect on Jan. 1, 2025, as well as the automatic updates planned to occur every three years.
