Iā€™m Danielle Lewis, a former U.S. Army sergeant from Northeast Ohio. I joined the Army Reserves in 1998, then switched to active duty and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. After being honorably discharged in 2007, I returned to Ohio, where I went back to school and graduated with a nursing degree in 2023. Iā€™m now pursuing a bachelorā€™s in Integrated Health Sciences at 51ĀŅĀ×. Iā€™m passionate about supporting fellow veterans, having served as president of my collegeā€™s Student Veterans Association and volunteered at the VA hospital in Cleveland. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, kayaking, reading, and traveling. Most importantly, I cherish quiet moments with my husband and daughters.
