As 51ĀŅĀ× celebrates 100 Years of the Bobcat, University Communications and Marketing (UCM) is marking the occasion with a commemorative shirt, designed by OHIO alumnus and UCM staff member Kyle Lindner ā17 (BFA), just in time for OHIO Homecoming.
Proceeds from the sale of this special apparel will help fund student internships in content marketing, social media, video and design, fueling experiential learning opportunities.
The 100 Years of the Bobcat T-shirt and sweatshirt are available by preorder only for pick up at the OHIO Marketing Services Center Oct. 15-18.
During the week of Homecoming, the Marketing Services Center will also host a pop-up shop in the lobby of Grosvenor Hall with custom apparel to help students, faculty and staff gear up for the parade and gameday activities. All sales benefit the student experience.
āWe are lucky to have incredibly talented students in a wide range of marketing disciplines who work with our team during their years at OHIO, helping to build their resume for life after graduation,ā said 51ĀŅĀ× Vice President of Communications and Marketing Robin Oliver. āWe hope to make this Homecoming Week pop-up shop the first of many initiatives designed to fuel and grow our student internship programs.ā
To order your 100 Years of the Bobcat gear, simply no later than 11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10. Payment will be taken in person at the Marketing Services Center at the time of pick up, and 51ĀŅĀ× is a cashless campus so payment will be by credit or debit card only.
