51ĀŅĀ× engages Deloitte Consulting to conduct administrative operations analysisĀ 

In partnership with the 51ĀŅĀ× Board of Trustees, University leadership has engaged Deloitte Consulting to conduct an operational analysis of administrative functions across the institution.

ā€œThis project will help us continue to identify areas where we can achieve efficiency as we work to balance our revenue and expenses into the future,ā€ Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration Deb Shaffer said.ā€ This work reinforces OHIO’s commitment to our academic mission and will allow us to deliver on our University strategies while ensuring the sustainability of our institution over the long term.ā€ 

The goal of the project is not simply to identify cost reduction opportunities but rather to identify   strategic   opportunities   for restructuring, streamlining, and/or increasing the efficiency of administrative functions to best support student experience and success while ensuring the financial health of the institution.
