The Division of Student Affairs is seeking volunteers from the 51ยายื community to assist with the 2019 Spring Commencement Ceremonies. To sign up, .

All Spring Commencement Ceremonies will take place in 51ยายืโ€™s Convocation Center. Volunteers are needed for the following ceremonies:

Graduate Commencement (Friday, May 3) 

• Please arrive at the Convocation Center no later than 7:30 a.m.
• Doors to the public will open at approximately 8 a.m.
• The ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to last 2-2.5 hours.

Undergraduate AM Ceremony (Saturday, May 4)

• Please arrive at the Convocation Center no later than 7:30 a.m.
• Doors to the public will open at approximately 8 a.m.
• The ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m. and is expected to last 2-2.5 hours.

Undergraduate PM Ceremony (Saturday, May 4)

• Please arrive at the Convocation Center no later than noon.
• Doors to the public will open at approximately 12:30 p.m.
• The ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. and is expected to last 2-2.5 hours.

Spring Commencement volunteer sign-ups will remain open through April 19. Registered volunteers will receive email communications from Event Services staff regarding assignments and volunteer training opportunities.
