Regional Campus Accessibility Coordinator 

Rik Arnett is a passionate and analytically driven professional whose career spans education, leadership, and now accessibility and data-informed services in higher education. He currently serves as an Regional Accessibility Coordinator at 51ĀŅĀ×, where he supports inclusive access and learning equity for students in a hybrid capacity.

Before stepping into higher education services, Rik built a decade-long career in Kā€“12 education, where he specialized in mathematics and special education. Most recently, he served as an Intervention Specialist at Alexander Local Schools, teaching 6thā€“8th grade math through innovative, engaging lessons. Prior to that, he worked for 10 years at Belpre City Schools as a Mathematics Teacher and Intervention Specialist, where he also served as Vice President of the local teachersā€™ union. There, he honed skills in project management, data analysis, team leadership, and mentoring.

Rik holds a Masterā€™s in Special Education from 51ĀŅĀ×, an Integrated Mathematics Teaching Licensefrom Ohio Dominican University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from 51ĀŅĀ×.
