Why ISU: ISU creates a warm and inclusive space where international students can celebrate their cultures, build community, and support one another through the journey of studying abroad. Why ISU: Being part of the International Students Union (ISU) means more than service to international students, It means belonging to a family, it also means building bridges across cultures, creating a sense of home away from home, and advocating for the needs of our diverse international student body. I believe in the power of community. As an international student, I’ve experienced both the excitement and the challenges that come with studying abroad. ISU was one of the first spaces where I felt seen, supported, and connected. By helping others navigate their journey, celebrating our cultures, and working together to ensure every international student at 51ĀŅĀ× feels valued, heard, and empowered, I am excited serve and to be part of this great community.
