Accessing Payment Card Training

No registration or wait times necessary for this trainingā€”all employees are pre-enrolled in this training module and can begin right away.

Simply follow these steps to access the eLearning module:

1. Log into Canvas ()

2. Click on Courses and then select Professional Development Pathways
    

   

3. Click on Modules and then find the P-Card Training section
    

   

   
   *All materials and links referenced in the course are available on the Payment Card site:

4. First, click on the 51ĀŅĀ× Payment Cards training. Once you've completed the training, you'll have access to the assessment found immediately below.
    

   

5. Second, click on the P-Card Assessment. Once you've completed the assessment with a score of at least 80%, you'll have access to the agreement form found immediately below. You will have unlimited attempts available.
    

   

6. Third, click on the Cardholder Agreement Form. At the bottom of the form, you will find a place to electronically sign, then click the green arrow button to submit.
    

   

   
   *You must complete the training, the assessment, and the card agreement form before you can pick up your PCard.
   *If you want to go back and refer to the training again, you are able to do so as many times as you like.
