The Universityās Corporate Travel Card (CTA) has been compromised and has been closed effective immediately. As a result, the CTA card will be temporarily unavailable for airline reservations until early next week while we await the replacement card.
We will send a follow-up communication once the new CTA card has been set up in Concur and is available for use.
What You Need to Know:
- Do not select the CTA card for any new reservations in Concur. The card has been closed and any charges will be declined.
- An urgent request has been submitted to Concur to remove the CTA card from the system to prevent accidental use.
- Airline reservations made on or before Tuesday, July 15, 2025, using the CTA card will be processed and paid without issue.
- New airline reservations for future travel must be charged to a personal PCard or Travel Card until further notice.
- Group travel reservations made on the CTA prior to July 15, 2025, will also be processed without issue.
