Fall 2019 Sustainable Administration Hub Seminar
Dr. Ryan Fogt, the OHIO Sustainable Administration Hub Coordinator, will kick off the fall Sustainability Hub Seminar Series on Wednesday September 4th at 5pm in Baker Centerās Front Room. This semester the Seminar Series will be held on September 4th, October 3rd and November 6th at 5pm in the Front Room.

Distributed Journal Entries Course Now Available
Distributed Journal Entries is a new course available within the PDP Purchasing Certificate. This course shows users how to download and fill out an Excel Journal Entry Template and reviews pertinent areas of the Chart of Accounts.
New Cost Share Course Available
The Cost Share course provides an overview of the types of cost share, how cost share is tracked and reported, monitoring cost share, and Planning Unit responsibilities for cost share. The Cash Handling & Credit Card Awareness Course has been updated.
51ĀŅĀ× just got a little greener with a new approach to pest control. On July 1, just in time for back-to-school preparations, the university approved an Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPM) that focuses on minimizing risks to humans and the environment when treating the Athens campus for natural pests, such as invasive insects and weeds.
OHIO Travel highlights for fall semester
As the Fall 2019 semester kicks off, we wanted to share information and resources available for the University travel program that was implemented on April 1, 2019. Since many of the travel arrangements for summer had already been made at that time of implementation, this is simply a refresher for those that may be using the new program for the first time at some point during FY2020.
Workforce and time clock upgrade is complete
As announced via email and in the Workforce and time clock upgrade announcement, an upgrade was scheduled from Wednesday, August 7 through Thursday, August 8. As of this morning, the upgrade has been completed. Users will observe visual changes with no major changes to system functionality.
