End of Fall Semester Application | College of Business | 2–3 Year Program

Wandell Fellows is a premier, principle-based leadership experience for high-achieving underclassmen in the College of Business. Students engage in weekly cohort meetings, executive sessions, networking trips, and in-depth leadership development rooted in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

Wandell Fellows gain experience with self-assessments, growth dialogues, community involvement, and multiple layers of mentoring, while developing key professional skills such as communication, integrity, and strategic thinking.
