The Roderick J. McDavis Residence Hall is currently under construction.
McDavis Hall will be a 591 bed, five-story facility on a plinth in the South Green. The groundbreaking ceremony was on April 22, 2024 and the dedication/grand opening ceremony is slated to be in July 2026, with students moving in in August 2026.
