This residence hall features communal and single user bathrooms, which are cleaned daily by Residential Custodial Staff (RCS). To ensure fair access to single user bathrooms, we ask that these spaces be reserved for necessary tasks, while activities such as makeup and hair styling are done in communal bathrooms or personal rooms. RCS also provides daily housekeeping for all public areas and 24-hour maintenance services to ensure comfort and convenience for all residents. Students are responsible for submitting work orders for their own rooms, which can be done through the Work Order Request page (accessible only while connected to the OHIO network).

History
Built in 1948 and dedicated in April 1949, the four-story building was originally used to house female students. Later it was made a co-ed residence hall with a family-like atmosphere. In 1984, it was closed for major repairs and renovations, again opening as a co-ed dorm.
